all About the goodness

Our Values

At Goodness Tea, we believe in creating a lasting impact on our community and the environment. Our story began with a love for tea and a commitment to sustainability. We proudly support local growers and source all of our ingredients from our own farm or as close as possible.

We are dedicated to making a positive difference in the world, which is why we give back to community causes and make every effort to reduce our plastic usage. Sustainability is at the heart of everything we do.

Join us on this journey and experience the joy of a cup of tea that not only tastes amazing but also makes a difference. Your support allows us to continue paying indigenous reparation payments, working toward a fair and just future for all.

Our Community

WE SUPPORT those doing the work to make our world more just and sustainable. Yearly we donate tea service or a percentage of revenue from product categories. Follow hyper links to learn more about who we support.

LOOSE-LEAF: Tea donations & collaborations for events supporting community care, farmers markets & land-trusts; like Clallam Resilience Project’s relaTEAing effort

SELTZER: Proceeds benefit Indigenous-led education and stewardship initiatives and non-profit regional salmon coalitions.

CHOCOLATE: Goodness Tea Farm purchases organic fair-trade cocoa as much as possible, and is developing relationships to craft bean-to-bar. Pleased to work with Cacao Oro via Ingemann, donating. Always giving $.03/bar amongst the following groups -NOT a function of profits since chocolate wouldn’t exist without slavery or paths paved with it. Its a historical cost that has been paid that we need to pay back! Thus it is a part of the COGS, or Cost of Good Sold formula- In 2022-2024 paid to: https://reparationscomm.org https://www.fundforreparationsnow.org https://www.holisticresistance.com https://www.theblackprisonerscaucus.org

OUr Farm

Our farm uses organic practices with permaculture design. We grow botanicals like Korean green tea, herbal medicines, fruits and roots that thrive on the land and have therapeutic properties to help us do the same. We are on traditional S’Klallam land in Sequim, Washington, near the Dungeness River which directly nourishes our gardens through the irrigation channel. We’re blessed to be near state forest land—and so we forage, frolic and lovingly tend wild spaces.
