*Buena Chicha is a sweet and tangy probiotic soda made of fermented Milo (sorghum) and Cane Sugar. Our recipe comes from the small village of El Chinchal in northern Nicaraguan, where Farmer Isa grew up enjoying fresh chicha from his family’s harvests and wild yeast. Buena Chica is cultured with Típicos (water kefir) and organic American Sorghum. Every bottle sold pays $.50 to a fund that supports Isa’s family and promotes organic regenerative farming in Nicaragua.
