Farm Tour Video Featuring our Chocolate

Hi Friends,

Shaelee here. Spending days watching fluffy cottonwood seed ships dance on the breeze. Pining to get out there and harvest Douglas fir tips and roses while I can, dreaming about facefulls of peonies and ripening strawberries hidden off trail. Over the last month, I had some bad spills and been down for the count. First broke my wrist and then my ankle! So humbling to stop everything and heal. Couch bound for real and grateful for helpful children, loving friends and so many jars of herbal infusions. Gotta heal from the inside!

Grateful to WhaleHeart Productions and the Jefferson County Farmers Marker for creating this video sharing our work here. As I lay here healing, watching, I can connect with the farm and delight in what we’ve cultivated. Also got a lot of appreciation for the design of this farm being wheelchair access!

About our chocolate:

Here’s me yesterday, cutting and bagging the bars. So stoked to finally feel well enough to wheel around and join Cera in chocolate making. We have fresh batches of rose-blush and nib-crunch perfect date chocolates!
